Locations
Three offices. Care in 34 states + DC.
Solutions Psychiatry is telehealth-first: appointments happen by secure video, wherever you are. The offices below are the practice's local homes, the places on the map where it is rooted. If you live in San Francisco, New York or Austin, one of them is yours. If you live anywhere else in the 34 states and Washington DC the practice serves, your office is wherever you open your laptop.
One practice, two ways in: therapy and medication care at psych.us is the full practice, and medication management only at PsychMed Care is the dedicated prescribing door. Locations, insurance, fees and booking for both live on this site.
San Francisco

New York
276 Fifth Ave Suite 605
New York, NY 10001
The Manhattan office is on Fifth Avenue at the Flatiron edge, an easy walk from Herald Square transit. New York patients statewide meet by telehealth, with commercial coverage verified before the first visit.
Austin
5900 Balcones Drive STE 100
Austin, TX 78731
The Austin office is on Balcones Drive in Northwest Hills. Texas patients statewide meet by telehealth, and Texas is one of the five states where this practice accepts Medicare.
Office or screen?
How to think about the choice.
For nearly everything this practice does, there is no choice to make: visits are by video, and the offices exist so the practice has a real home in the cities it serves most. The city attached to your care mostly matters for two practical reasons. First, community: a practice rooted in San Francisco, New York and Austin understands the schools, employers, insurers and pressures of those places in a way a national call center does not. Second, logistics: the practice keeps one schedule, one fee structure and one set of systems across all three cities, so scheduling, billing and records work identically wherever you happen to live.
If your state is one of the 34 plus Washington DC where the practice delivers telehealth care, you are fully covered either way. Your intake, your follow-ups, your prescriptions and your records all work the same. Pick the office page for the city nearest you to see the local details, or simply book: the door you choose matters more than the city you pick.
Everywhere else
No office near you is not a problem.
Most patients of this practice never set foot in an office, and their care is none the worse for it. Telehealth visits carry the same 60-minute intakes, the same 30-minute follow-ups, and the same clinician as any visit tied to an office city. Insurance, including Medicare in Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas and Utah, is verified before your first appointment either way.
