Insurance

Medicare coverage and billing, without surprises.

Solutions Psychiatry accepts Medicare in five states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas and Utah. This page covers the billing side of that: how eligibility is checked, what you can expect to pay, and how the numbers get settled before your first visit rather than after it. The care side, state by state, lives at the full practice site.

One practice, two ways in: therapy and medication care at psych.us is the full practice, and medication management only at PsychMed Care is the dedicated prescribing door. Locations, insurance, fees and booking for both live on this site.

Verification

How the check works for this plan.

Send a photo of your Medicare card with your intake forms, the same as any other coverage. We confirm that you are eligible, that you are located in one of the five states where the practice accepts Medicare, and how your coverage is put together. If you carry a supplemental plan or a Medicare Advantage plan alongside it, we check how that coverage interacts before anyone quotes you a number.

The point of checking first is that Medicare billing should never be a discovery process. You hear what your visits are expected to cost before the intake is booked, and if something about your coverage does not work here, you learn that while you can still choose a different path, including the published self-pay rates.

One distinction the check sorts out for you: original Medicare and Medicare Advantage do not bill the same way. Advantage plans are run by private insurers under their own networks and rules, so an Advantage card is checked against that insurer's network as well as your Medicare eligibility. Whichever kind of coverage you hold, the routine is the same on your side: send the cards, and we come back with your expected cost before care starts.

Costs

What you will pay.

Medicare sets the terms for covered visits, and your share of the cost depends on your exact coverage, including deductibles and any supplemental plan you hold. That is precisely why the practice verifies first and confirms your expected cost with you in advance: the number is a fact we establish together, not an estimate you are asked to trust.

Medicaid patients are welcomed in Oregon and Wyoming, and the routine is identical: eligibility verified before the first visit, any cost that applies explained up front. Public coverage gets the same administrative care here as any commercial plan on this site, and the same promise stands behind all of it: if the coverage cannot be confirmed, you hear that from us first, before anything is scheduled in your name.

Questions

Asked about this plan.

Does Medicare cover online psychiatry at this practice?

Yes, in the five states where this practice accepts Medicare: Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas and Utah. Visits are held by secure video, the way this practice delivers care, and your eligibility is checked before your first visit, so coverage is settled before care starts.

What will I pay with Medicare?

Your share depends on your exact Medicare coverage, including any supplemental plan you carry alongside it. We verify your benefits before the first visit and tell you the expected cost up front, so the figure you plan around is confirmed by the practice rather than guessed.

Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes, in Oregon and Wyoming. Medicaid eligibility is verified before the first visit in the same way as Medicare, and you hear the result, and any cost that applies, before care begins.
